The effects of genetically engineered (GE) crops include the toxicity of the herbicide glyphosate (and even more toxic Monsanto glyphosate-containing Roundup).
Roundup is used in increasingly large amounts, on the large percentage of GE crops that are specifically engineered to resist it and to kill everything else that grows in the field.
Because of that, glyphosate is plentiful in our food supply, our air, our water, our soil, and in our cotton personal care products.
